About Us

htabs was founded by two helicopters pilots, with a background in helicopter mechanics. Both pilots have extensive, worldwide experience, including operating single and twin-engines helicopters, CAT, NCO and SPO operations as PIC.

Their experience as instructors, examiners and postholders has exposed them to the support that companies and pilots require with Quick Reference Handbook management. Together, the founders have worked for more than 4 years to design a fully customised product, designed to support these needs.

Aviation regulations and procedures are continuously being updated, and it is difficult for companies to maintain the Quick Reference Handbooks. This requires a dedicated person to take responsibility for the development and update processes - which is a challenge, and costly human resource. The founders noticed that a high number of companies are unable to keep their QRHs up-to-date and recognise that the current versions are not user-friendly or efficient in flight.

htabs QRHs are developed with advanced software. They are a modern 'twist' on the traditional QRHs, ensuring they are suitable and user-friendly for pilots of all generations and levels of experience. The founders are incredibly proud of the newly-developed htab QRH, which they believe turned out better and more effective than they could have ever imagined!

htabs not only provides a top quality product designed for everyday use, but it also offers a personalised service based on operator feedback; including continuous updates and adaptations to the QRHs in accordance with company needs and helicopter manufacturer procedures.
